Policies & COVID Safety Protocol

This fall we are offering small group programs. All participants and coaches are required to wear masks as well as maintain a 3' distance. Hand sanitizer is provided daily as well.

If your child has tested positive, please keep them at home for the safety of others and notify us immediately. We will follow the current close contact tracing if any child was within 3' of the positive case, unmasked and for 15 or more minutes. We appreciate your cooperation to keep your child, other children and adults safe.

Participants will have their own supply kits to cut down on shared materials.

Inclement Weather & Cancellation Policy

In cases of inclement weather, we follow Poudre School District's plan of action - if they cancel or let out early, Girls in the Spotlight club meetings are cancelled.

If your child has to miss a meeting, we cannot reschedule a makeup or issue a refund or extend credit.

Guiding Principle

Promoting Positive Behavior

We promote positive behavior from all girls, staff and volunteers at all times. Our Guiding Principles are comprised of:

1.    Participation

2.    Respect

3.    Support

The first meeting at each season is dedicated to discussing, defining, understanding and agreeing to the principles for our time spent together throughout the season - and hopefully beyond!
