Policies & COVID 19 Safety Protocol

This summer we are offering small group, half day programs outdoors. When 3' distancing is not possible, all participants and coaches are required to wear masks.

Hand sanitizer is provided daily as well as our PPP kit supplied by The City of Fort Collins to disinfect and sanitize all working surfaces, equipment and supplies.

Temperatures will be taken daily at check-in. If your child has tested positive, please keep them at home for the safety of others and notify us immediately. We appreciate your cooperation to keep your child, other children and adults safe.

Where applicable, participants will have their own supply kits to cut down on shared materials.

Inclement Weather & Cancellation Policy

In cases of inclement weather, we follow Poudre School District's plan of action - if they cancel or let out early, Girls in the Spotlight club meetings are cancelled.

If your child has to miss a meeting, we cannot reschedule a makeup or issue a refund or extend credit.

Guiding Principle

Promoting Positive Behavior

We promote positive behavior from all girls, staff and volunteers at all times. Our Guiding Principles are comprised of:

1.    Participation

2.    Respect

3.    Support

The first meeting at each season is dedicated to discussing, defining, understanding and agreeing to the principles for our time spent together throughout the season - and hopefully beyond!
