About the event
Weekly activities include ice breakers, warmups, activating body language and the 5 senses, journal brainstorming & reflections, POWER words and at will follow up writing activities. This winter's theme is Innovators. Your girl will learn about the body, speech and mind connection and have hands-on experience Weekly sessions will be lead by Coach Hope, Founder of Girls in the Spotlight. in a supportive online environment.
